Drink only water. Do not drink sodas, juice or diet drinks. Water keeps your body hydrated, is calorie-free and contains important nutrients for your body. Drink at least 8 glasses a day, especially during workouts and after working out. Also, drink a glass of water before eating a meal to become fuller faster. Replace 1 meal a day with a meal replacement shake that is high in protein and low in sugar.
